The closing gala of the 43rd edition of Contact ontarois took place on January 20, 2024, at the Victoria Hall of the Marriott Ottawa hotel. GnuckSquad illuminated their stage and built a luminous tunnel for the entrance of the guests.
DJ UnPier animated the majority of the evening organized by Réseau Ontario, suivi des DJ Skorpyon and Kenan Belzner. Dancers AlfaClan, Makhena and Gabby presented a lively dance on the dancefloor to kick off the gala.
The Stage
L’arrière de la scène a été composée d’un assemblage de tubes lumineux sous le thème du contact. Nous nous sommes inspirés de flèches qui se touchent, pour représenter le contact entre les différents artistes et collaborateurs de la francophonie artistique canadienne. Les panneaux semi-transparents de la direction artistique ont bien complété le look et ont été éclairés depuis l’arrière.
The Tunnel
We assembled a tunnel using black velvet sheets and adorned it with one of our lasers at the top, complemented by an infinity mirror and vertically positioned colored tubes. This was the path through which the guests made their entrance!
